Be careful-it cost me $22 to park for approximately 30 minutes so I could drop off something at City Hall. Avoid this ramp if at all possible.

It's everything the other reviewers said. EXPENSIVE!! paid $33 for 5 hours! Not worth it, dark, tiny parking spaces, dirty, and unusual design.

DO NOT PARK HERE! No posted rates at the entrance, and I was charged $32 for a 3 hour visit. Horrible - dirty, even for a parking ramp and hard to make corners. They aren't even paying for someone to sit at the exit to take payments, so I can't believe the outrageous rate! Parked on the street the week before, paid about $1.50 for 2 hours.

Poorly kept, poorly designed, poorly priced. It's dirty. It's expensive. The navigation is confusing and frustrating. Plus the spots are tiny. They really went all out to squeeze in as many spots as possible — even if you're dead center, you've only got 6-8 inches on either side. Prepare for your doors to be dinged.
