I can see this dog park from my new office. It's nice to have a dog park in the middle of the city but there is no grass.

Well shaded area during summer days - perfect for my black furry dog who gets very hot quickly in the sunlight.
Also feels like a very safe space to be during the day (out in the open and plenty of passers by).
