I go to the Health Heart Hospital Pharmacy for a speciality drug. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Samantha is the best!

I suffer from chronic pain. So anyway I have enough meds till the next day. I go one day before to get refills. Apparently written scripts are not good enough anymore. So the lady tells me it will be about a half hour because we have to call your doctor because its a written script. I waited over a half hour just to be told they haven't heard from my clinic yet. What a waste. Why didn't they just tell me to come back in a few hours? You need to treat your customers better. Wasting our time is unfair. End of rant. Hope this doesn't happen to others.
