Very tasty salads for a reasonable price. The staff handles the lunch rush very efficiently.

I have been a fan of D. Brian's downtown for years. They have a wide variety of salads and I have tried all of them. I also have always suggested them for client and staff lunches and such. I like that they use organic ingredients and offer gluten free breads. I moved out of the downtown Mpls area, then came back after a year, and recently started going to D. Brian's for occasional lunches again. The last 3 times I have ordered a salad I've been rather disappointed. The prices seem the same, but I noticed the quantity of items within the salads have lessened. I recently ordered a large Chicken Beneficial salad and the employee who fixed my salad put a small pinch of parmesan, about 5 craisins and 3 walnuts in it. Almost $9.00 for a bowl of spinach and romaine, a spoonful of tomatos and less chicken than usual. What happened to the loaded salads I got from D. Brian's last summer?! Think I'll go in search of a new place to get salads downtown Minneapolis.

I've been getting D Brian's for years for working lunches and client meetings. The servings are big, with good sides and great cookies (which is the MOST important part). Prices are really great, the same as me shlumping through the hotbar at Whole Foods across the street. Fresh ingredients and reliable delivery every time. And oh! the soups - I miss working downtown for the soups.
