Good food when it finally arrives. Servers are slow and occasionally rude. Bartender refused to serve a drink saying a server would be to your table shortly. This is a consistent experience when we go for happy hours and cheap drinks. Cheap drinks aren't worth the bad service now.

Zero Stars if it were possible. My family and I stopped in to have dessert tonight and spent over $40 on just bars, cookies, two shakes and a malt (which is fine). However, when spending money and supporting a local business, we do expect reasonable and polite service. While the person at the front counter had been polite as we ordered, the person who delivered our our shakes and malt was beyond rude. When we asked for clarification on which was a shake and which was a malt, she said in a snotty tone, "Listen to what I say," and stalked off. When we were leaving, I spoke with the person at the front counter to express our disappointment in the rudeness. Her response was, "I'll talk to her. It's been a long day for all of us." I worked in the food and service industry for well over a decade. I put in 14+ hour days. I worked rushes and had a 40+ top scattered throughout a restaurant during a Vikings game when everyone was already beyond slammed. I never, NEVER, never snapped to a customer to "listen to what I say." Even when they were rude and irritating. We asked a question. Asked it politely and were met with total rudeness. SO disappointing. Also - the malt we ordered had way too much malted milk in it and tasted disgusting. Who knows how much we spent on something we couldn't even consume.

This place had a great breakfast menu and the food but delicious! However, I think my favorite part of the entire experience was the waitress Lianna. She was literally one of the best serves I have ever had and we were excited for her to come back to the table. We came in Sunday before the Vikings vs Tampa Bay game and it was packed but it didn't even matter with how attentive and friendly she was! The Keys is lucky to have such a wonderful employee representing them.

As an airline pilot here on a long layover, I usually eat at a different establishment, but today decided to change the venue and eat at Keys. I've eaten here before and have always been satisfied with the service and food. Today however, I came in on a chilly, rainy morning for a nice breakfast. I entered and looked around to see one other person waiting to be seated. The hostess was busy getting a to-go box for the couple standing in front of the cash register. There were at least four other wait staff working. I stood there for approximately five minutes waiting for at least an acknowledgment of my and the other customers presence but got none. I decide to turn and quietly leave and go to my old standby. Will my leaving be of any concern to Keys? Probably not. But my point is that every one who walks through the doors is expecting to exchange hard earned money for food and drink. When that exchange breaks down, it's usually the business that suffers, albeit, by a minuscule amount. Who knows, if I had been seated quickly, or at the very least acknowledged, I may have put this establishment on my favorite place to eat breakfast and returned every time I'm in town. I would have probably recommended this place to everyone and the end results would have been more overall business for this establishment. But for now, I'll continue to visit the place I always go to. Just my thoughts!

Chad Selton and the staff at Keys were the best part of my morning while getting hair and makeup done with my girls for my wedding this past weekend! I called a day or two in advance, asking if they could deliver personalized breakfast sandwiches and caramel rolls to my girls and me, and without hesitation they acted! The sandwiches were perfect (very specific orders and no mistakes!) and the caramel rolls were to die for. The delivery was right on time and the food was still very warm and fresh! They also followed up with me to see how it all went, and wished me a happy wedding weekend! I highly recommend Keys!
