Merlins is a favorite of mine. Great food including some of the best fish and chips in the Twin Cities. Very good Bangers and Mash. They have a English Toffee spice cake desert with warm custard poured over that is amazing. Ambiance and staff are inviting and friendly. Lots of good live music too.

Of course, amazing Scotch list. Definitely need to come back. Got to take a look at a super rare Irish whiskey while we were there also!

They have very rare scotches in Whiskey's. If you're looking for something that you can't find in stores or else where you might find it here. The only issue I had was that the walks they are using were actually pre-determined flights where they whiskeys and scotches complimented each other. They were full price and not reduced in price. Other than that it was an awesome experience love the scotch love the whiskey.

Definitely my favorite restaurant and bar in the Twin Cities. Their Pies of the Week (think pot pie) are delicious and always hit the spot. They have an incredible scotch selection and a "scotch bible" that helps you decide what to choose.

I try to go there every first Friday with friends. Love the service. Great food, fantastic servers that know the menu like the back of there hands. Get the fish and chips English style and a Guinness every time.
