Awful food!! Rice tasted burnt, sauce in veggies tasted burnt. Ordered a vegetarian meal and got chicken in my fried rice. Awful, wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Went here for dinner last night. I live 2 blocks away and love Chinese so I wanted to like it so bad. Everything was disappointingly sub par.
Sesame chicken, the sauce was exactly the texture of ketchup and completely opaque, which was off-putting, but I suppose it tasted ok. Beef lo-mein had a strange, plastick-y kind of aftertaste. Cream cheese wontons were fried way past golden brown and had not enough cream cheese filling to taste, and the fried dumplings tasted exactly like the potstickers in the frozen section of the grocery store.
However, the service was excellent. Our waitress was welcoming, friendly and very attentive. And as a disclaimer, we came the last half-hour before close, maybe they were off their game. I might give it another shot.
