The location is great. It is right in the middle of the city, in a great part of the city. We stayed in the executive suite for our wedding night, which was amazing, overlooking the different parts of the city. The service was tremendous as well. Would highly recommend staying there if you get the chance.

Beautiful room. Lots of space. Comfortable. Great view. Great front desk service and professionalism. Great price. Parking was kind of far walk. But hotel connected to skyways. No fridge in room.

The place itself is fine, but their customer service is the worst! Not only were they complete jerks to my cousin (who hosted the family for their wedding and blocked a host of rooms), but they charge you for parking even when you don’t bring a car. The receipt provided to me was one amount and the amount charged to my card was $85 more. They refuse to acknowledge or correct it. The guest services supervisor only answers my emails after several times of me asking for a response and then she’s vague. If you’re okay with terrible customer service and paying whatever amount your card is charged then this place is just fine to stay at. Side note—my cousin blocked 25 rooms and the hotel only set aside 10 and refused to give the full 25 as promised. After they paid several thousands to host a breakfast and asked for some snap cake plates the hotel said they couldn’t accommodate. Ridiculous.

Clean atmosphere. Nice staff. Bar food is tasty. Comfy beds. Best extended stay experience. Could use a mini fridge and microwave though.

My stay here was superb. Staff was very friendly and professional. The room was very clean with no issues. I enjoyed the location of this property as it was close to many things nearby to walk to. The parking was a little far away more than my liking, however, it is in the middle of downtown so it was not too surprising. I would recommend this place.
