Pretty terrible experience with a mani pedi. When I got home from the salon there was already nail polish smudged on all of my toes. So bad I had to buy nail polish at the store and start over myself. (I let my toes dry for almost 1.5 hours before leaving so it was definitely this way from the beginning).
I had spent several weeks growing my nails out for the manicure. I had two nails shorter than the rest and asked the woman only to leave all the other fingers slightly longer and shape them without polish. All of my nails are now half the length of the shortest nails, and during the service I had to give my hand back to her to point out how uneven she filed my thumb. I honestly paid the salon to ruin weeks of work on my nails. My event is tomorrow and I cannot get my nails back in time. On top of that, my manicure started 35 to 40 minutes late. I was left at the pedicure station without anyone checking in after being told someone would be right back to get me for my hands. I had to call the front desk to ask if they forgot me. I wish I had thrown my money in the garbage and at least saved my fingernails.

first time at this salon today, had a great experience! Booking an appointment was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. I had a haircut with Sam and she did an awesome job, especially considering it's been a year since my last cut so there was quite a bit of work to be done. Will be going back again!

I got my hair cut here a month ago and it was the best professional cut I've ever had. They actually have stylists that understand wavy and curly hair. I liked the atmosphere so I went back for a pedicure! I was worried about going in for a pedicure because my feet are wrecked and peeling from having a job where I stand all day. Shelly made me feel super comfortable, and did an excellent job making my feet feel great. I'd never gotten a pedicure before and she did so well that she might have set the bar too high! I'll definitely be back.

I just had my hair cut by Alicia this morning. I am happy and my hair is happy! This salon has a cozy feel and has a great aura! I was treated so well by everyone there, and will definitely be back!

I was so nervous about my hair cut due to past bad experience (from another salon not related to Accolades). I have been searching for good cut and colour for my hair, and finally found Accolades! I did schedule my appointment and finally got my hair cut done by Shelly, She is just amazing and is professional with her work. The quality of service matters a lot and I am satisfied with the work done on my hair and the staff is so welcoming! I was there for 1 hour and Shelly does wonders to hair with her magical hands and Scissors! I am waiting for my hair colour to be done and hoping to be the best as well!
