Love the healing effects of the infrared saunas! For optimal health, it's amazing. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

So happy to have finally given into my curiosity and made an appointment for a massage at Awaken. Marcia is in.cred.i.ble and I feel so much better after seeing her twice. She's pinpointed issues I didn't know I had, so that I'm standing taller, feeling much less tight and sore in my back, and suffering from fewer headaches. I also really enjoyed a 30 minute session in the infrared sauna - from which Bridget (the really great person at the front desk) told me my skin (among many other things) would greatly benefit. So glad to have found this place.

Great business! Since they have opened, Awaken has seemed to morph with the neighborhood. Great health, relaxation and physical healing options. Competitive pricing. Competent staff.

Deep tissue work with Marcia. She is very knowledgeable of the body and knows just what to do to alleviate tension. This facility is always clean, and staff are friendly.

Top-notch massage from Danielle! Depending on the season, I've been running 35-55 miles a week for years and have had many massages at different places - gyms, chiro offices, massage-specific providers to stay healthy. This was one of the best, if not THE best, of all of them. I am so happy to have found great skill in a comfortable place right in my neighborhood!
