Sept 2017: Juut Salonspa has been fantastic from the moment you enter through the door - friendly staff with helpful advice, warm welcome and the spa scent/ fragrance is lovely! I've recently had two fantastic experience here:
Hair glossing treatment with Michelle- Michelle was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to listen to my concerns before recommending a gloss/tint for the treatment. My hair looked healthy and shiny after the treatment, and the color (blonde/light brown balayage) looked even better after glossing! Blowdry was great, Michelle asked how I would like to style my hair for the day and I walked out with oh-so-pretty loose waves!
90min facial with Alexis - she's been promoted to Senior on Oct 1, 2017! Alexis was very sweet, listened to my skin concerns and gave me a quick analysis of my skin condition before recommending the facial products / steps for the day. She was thorough, quick blackhead extraction which was minimally painful :) I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the facial - just so smoothing with the music and singing bowls! My face was brighter, dewy and hydrated by the end of the facial, highly recommended!

I had my appointment rescheduled even though they should respected my time and kept the first appointment. I got a glossing treatment which is nice but, not great. My hair cut went fine but, I'm not in love with it.I brought in pictures of what I wanted, and that's not what I got. I'm just not satisfied for how much I coughed up.
