My experience at this specific location was very horrible but they were able to give me complimentary services at the location in Saint Paul to ensure that they can exceed their expectations and they did just that! I really recommend getting your services done there; it makes you feel just at home and I look forward to booking my services there once again.

Alyssa gives amazing massages!! I have some very tight muscles and have been to many places for massages. Alyssa is the best, hands down!

I have been a client of phresh at West End since it opened and have skipped around to a number of stylists. The stylists are knowledgeable, always providing great recommendations but at the same time are open to my own preferences and they have a wide range of price points.

In addition, spa services are a dream. The attention to detail and care taken for their spa guests is what you would expect from a destination spa.

The easy underground, heated parking at West End is also a plus!!

I've been going to phresh almost exclusively since they opened the Grand Avenue location and now I frequent both locations. I've always been happy with my cut and color results and if something needs to be tweaked, they've done so at no additional charge. I'm not always the best at articulating exactly what I want, so having knowledgable stylists who can work with me to figure out the look I'm going for is always appreciated.

I have so much trust in the team at phresh, my entire wedding party and I will be getting our hair and makeup done before the big day and I can't wait. :)

The staff is warm and friendly and I love the convenience of the West End.

I would recommend phresh to family and friends and have done so many times in the past!

Phresh Salon contacted me a week before my wedding, after my make-up trial and consultation to tell me my wedding day appointment was no longer available. I would turn to a more reliable and accommodating salon if you're a bride! Also, while they carry a very nice line of make-up, many of the products were unavailable for purchase and had to be ordered and picked up.
