Mind you, I never write reviews!
I don’t recommend at all. This cab company is ridiculous. I have never been so frustrated in my life. First, the woman that’s taking the calls is rude as hell. Every time I call. Rude. She calls me, RUDE. Honestly can’t believe she even still has a job. This must be the same woman that everyone else complains about in all the other crappy reviews on this site.
Second, for a cab to come and pick you back up, takes about an hour-hour and a half. Mind you when I called for my pick up ride, I was on hold for 17 minutes!!! No answer, then when they do pick up.... They act like you’re a bother. Never will I use this company again if I don’t have to. Very unreliable for the prices.
Soon, companies like Uber and Lyft will wipe these other cab companies off the map. Thank god, when service is like this time and time again.
One star, indefinitely. Zero if I could.

This taxi company is unreliable, drivers don’t know how to drive. I’ve been waiting for a cab for almost 2 hours and the dispatch people are so rude. I will never use this company again. If I was able to give them negative stars I would.

I had very good service with Green and White and came to know some of the very nice drivers in my area. I could order a taxi online the day before an appointment and be assured a taxi would appear at the time requested. I could use Curb on my phone to get a taxi home quicker than calling in. I would have given them 5 stars. However, Curb no longer works online or on phone so I've gone to Lyft for faster service. I would much prefer to stay with my favorite profession drivers. Bring back CURB!

Waited over 30 minutes for a cab once someone at dispatch FINALLY stopped hanging up on us and would actually send one...driver then took literally the longest route possible, refused to use GPS, and when asking where to turn he did not ask until after he had already passed the turn and would have to double back making our trip that much more expensive. Once we finally got to my apartment complex he wanted to drop us off at the corner over a block away. No. If we're paying $40 for what should have been a $20 ride you can drop me off at the building you're supposed to. Then when we pay, he won't unlock the doors so we're stuck in the backseat. Most infuriating experience ever.

Drivers so far are nice, but if you want your cab to come at a time it's supposed to it won't. More like half an hr late. Accuse is construction, but any other cab I took for my medical pick up was on time or 10 min early. Return ride always half an hr to an hr an half late. Any other cab company 10 to 20 min to come and pick me up. They also don't call you when there on their way or when they show up so you have to be down stairs waiting because they will pull off. I told my medical don't ever go with this company again because they have poor service and they still put me with them. I'm new to this area and I highly recommend Town taxi or Blue and White. They will call when there close or when there downstairs and wait for you. Town Taxi you can reserve rides hrs in advance also and they will be at your place at that time.
