Stopped in to check it out after walking by so many times. Glad I did. Great selection of small paintings and screen prints, birthday cards, and a lovely old black dog. Shop owner was welcoming and conversant and made the visot a welcome and fun experience. Gonna stop back with some prints I need some help framing properly.

Mitrebox is a charming shop and a great presence in the neighborhood. Beyond that, the taste and judgment of its staff is unmatched anywhere in the Twin Cities. I am a happy repeat customer because Sara and her staff are able to use their artistic sensibilities to present me with options I never even considered. Mitrebox has turned many prints I like into beautiful additions for my home.

Friendly and helpful staff who were willing to work within my budget constraints. We went through tons of frames until we found the perfect one that I loved and could afford. Also - they have the best cards!

The frames are high quality and the service is outstanding. They have the vision to take a nice print or painting and make it exceptional. We have used them for several pieces in our downtown condo and we highly recommend them.
