My poor girl has an ear hematoma & they are trying to charge me $600+!! It's a simple ear drainage & takes practically no tools or time! What a RIPOFF! Obviously only there for money & not to help the animals

The veterinarians are so helpful. I think Dr. Baker is wonderful . He listens and provides the best care.

Longtime customer - the quality of the vet service has always been good and they are very on the spot and honest about treatment.
Not sure what's happened here, front office service seems to have gone downhill over the past year or so. It makes it hard to continue to justify bringing our pets here to be treated badly.

The only r reasonI gave a 4 point start instead of a 5 point is because they haven't changed to a new computer system that converts the animal systems into a computers instead of the carbon copy of the tests/exams/rabies vacasinations. The docs LOVE the animals as if they were their own. They offer options and let you decide how you want to proceed. I even adopted a cat from them and discovered that they aren't the only ones who care but the volunteers also Care. It's about being a community with these docs/techs/volunteers. I do not expect to change vets anytime soon. You'll also see the wife of Dr Baker bringing in treats and she always takes the time to learn about your pet. I was even recognized in the community by one of the techs and she asked how my pet was doing. These people CARE as much about our pets as we do!! For all that I can overlook carbon copies!

These people are amazing! They are respectful to their customers and, much more importantly, very gentle, loving, and careful with their patients. My beloved Kitty injured herself and I was worried about wound infection, but also didn't have lot of money in such an emergency situation. Listen, if you think even for a moment that you should bring your pet in, even just to be safe, BRING THEM HERE. Their costs are reasonable enough and their care is so thorough, that it's best not to risk anything and just bring them in. Oh, one last thing, my injured cat was so calm with Dr. Baker, despite everything. He was like a whisperer! She was at ease the moment he walked in. I'm so grateful! Thank you!!
