Been going here for years prices are affordable and staff has been great. However This time with my 4th animal i was overcharged 14$ for shots i specifically said no to. Then to find out my girl kitty is actually a boy and without calling me first they went ahead and snipped him! Thats a game changer for me... save the balls! And he was so messed up princess Cayenne (Now prince Cayenne) had peed himself. Would have been more dignified if he was cleaned up a little! We love our animals and the price is reasonable but i dont think we will be getting another animal and bringin it here...

To update- I went to pick up cooper and they refunded my money as well as spoke one on one to me about what was going on. They even apologized, and understood how upset I was with the whole situation. It was all a miscommunication and I would bring my dog back to them. They understood and cared about cooper as well as my feelings, which is hard to come by and these days. In the end this became a very pleasant experience, and I would recommend this place to people like me who love there pets but sometimes can't afford the cost of a regular vet.

I had my 2 year old dog neutered on Wednesday and he was coned and kept in his kennel at all times except to go potty and eat. Saturday morning I go to his kennel and there is blood everywhere. So I bring him back in and have to miss work. They said he was fine and they diceded to put three staples in him. They gave me a mild sedative trazadome 200 mg every 12 hours, I give it to him and put him back in the kennel, and went to go clean out my truck from all the blood. I go back inside and he had ripped through his kennel. Like popped the whole top off his kennel. I looked at his incision site and it was still not bleeding and I ratchet strapped the kennel back together and put him back inside. The next morning Sunday it was Easter, he had blood all over the kennel again, this time instead of spotting it was pouring out. All over the carpet..... since it was a holiday I didn't have the money to pay for the emergency holiday cost of a vet. This is why I went to get him neutered through kindest cuts, they have cheaper cost and I heard the vets where wonderful with my friends dog. But any way I bring him in Monday after icing the area and getting it to clot and and cleaning up blood out of the kennel every couple hours. So the vet comes in and says this isn't normal bleeding he is gonna need more surgery, it will be 30.00 more.... ummm you guys didn't do the surgery right the first time, and also sent me home with meds that didn't keep him calm and he ruined a kennel with. I get you guys may have not known about the meds but the surgery stitches did not hold up the first time and I had to pay 30 more for you to fix your mistake. On top of the I have to pay 20 for antibiotics. I'm just very upset

They snipped the tips of the 2 cats i brought in that i verbally AND on the registration form specified they were PETS! Then i get there to pick them up and i could not believe it,talk about lack of following instructions!!!!I would NEVER go back here nore recommend it to anyone,go to MNSNAP,they got their heads on straight, thought id save a little gas going with this one since it was a little closer,bad mistake and a lesson learned that cannot be fixed.

Such a great experience, staff was wonderful and kind. You can definitely trust them in such a big decision for your pet. Definitely recommend!
