One of the best in the Twin Cities. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Pricing is very competitive. I never feel like I'm being ripped off. They have cared for 10 of my animals over many years. The vets and assistants are honest, caring individuals. That office staff is organized and helpful. Can't recommend Oak Knoll highly enough!

We have taken both of our beloved doggies to Oak Knoll and cannot express how happy we are with everyone! From being incredible and supportive when we had to put our first one down, to helping us think through things when our second was in an accident, everyone is kind and supportive. Always willing to explain (even multiple times) so you understand and take phone calls when you have questions. The whole team there is amazing!

Very caring and knowledgeable. Always easy to get appointments. They don't overbook, like some other places I've been to, so you're not waiting forever to check in and then check out and pay your bill. This means the vets always has time for me; I never feel rushed. Not all that long ago, I had to put one of my cats down. Dr. Josephs was incredibly kind. Zach went peacefully and quickly. She then gave us all the time we needed, checking in on us every now and then, just to see how we were doing, but it never felt intrusive. I like all of the vets there.

Great facility that provides almost any service your pet would need. Facility is clean and newer, as well as knowledgeable staff. Prices are comparable but not the lowest I have seen - but the staff and service is better than most so I don't mind paying a little more. I don't mess around when it comes to my pet and have been coming here for over a year - no complaints.

Oak Knoll Animal Hospital is the best veterinary service I've ever used. Dr. Tracy Earl is everything you would want in a veterinarian. She remembers you, your family, and your animal. She comes in and immediately pets and talks to your dog/cat making him/her and you feel comfortable. She asks all the pertinent questions so she can quickly diagnose your animals problem and how to treat it. She has always been able to do it for my dog and cat and that's what gives me such confidence in her. If your animal needs to stay overnight, he will be well cared for. When I pick him up, my dog or cat is happy and ready to leave. That's my proof of their care. Sometimes If I need a quick piece of advice, their receptionist, Vicky, can answer almost anything. Many times that's all you need and she handles it quickly and with good humor 😊. If she can't answer your question, she will talk to one of their doctors while you are still on the phone so you can get your answer quickly. Again, Oak Knoll Animal Hospital is clearly the best I've ever used and I would recommend them to anyone.
