Decent place with clean floors and clean cat adoption area. Knowledgeable employees. Checkout is always a nightmare though. Get a self-checkout!

They are always super friendly and really fast at getting everyone checked out if there's a sudden line!

For cat food: check online 1st to make sure your items are (1) stocked and (2) to get the best price and all possible discounts AND keep that "sale" (start to purchase online AT YOUR CHOSEN LOCATION) BUT DON'T COMPLETE if you're going there within 30 min (they won't have it pulled yet).

But whatever your phone shows for PRICE and DISCOUNTS, the store will honor at checkout!! If the checkout is HIGHER, tell your agent "online just now, this exact order was $x.xx less. The per unit price was less/A discount was offered for purchase of X many units/etc."

Store manager will look at your phone's display to see details of what was offered/"purchased" online & make adjustments in his/her cash register receipt for you.

Now THAT is customer service!!

(Reduced to 4 stars as many items not fully stocked, often, many stores. That's why checking online will show which store has the quantity you want to purchase! :-) )

More time spent trying to sell insurance than the care of pet. I made it clear I wasn't interested and got the sales pitch 3 times anyway. Continued to hear the problems that my dog could have in the future. I won't go back.
