Went here for years. Kind folks, but they blew the end of life treatment for three pets in a row. They seem to choke when the difficult times hit, which is when you need them most: delaying practical treatments in favor of expensive long shots, thinking the last appointment should be scheduled days in advance, etc. Zero effort to build trust. There are better options in town.

This is one of the few places in town that has avian vets. My last appointment was exceptional, the parrots were calm and cooperative. The vet suggested I hold them during the routine exam, which isn't common. This made all the difference, unlike the times the vets have taken them into a back room and toweled them. This kind of personal attention to the animals means a lot.

My cat was choking on some string he had gotten ahold of. I called VCA, refused to see him because they were closing in 15 minutes. On top of that, they didn't have a phone number or any kind of referral for us to take him elsewhere. I will not be going back. Thankfully, I was able to get the string out. We will be taking him elsewhere to make sure he's okay

Best vet clinic I've ever been to. They really care about your pet and happily answer any questions you might have. Prices for everyday maintenance like nail trims are excellent and it is easy to make an appointment. I love that they do a follow-up call after you have had check up to make sure your animal companion is doing well! It's so thoughtful and caring.
