So incredibly disappointed!!! My boyfriend and I went to have dinner. We were seated right away and given menus. Our waitress came back and took our order. 10 minutes later we get our coffee. 45 min later our entrees arrive. Ordered end cut prime rib and received rare slices that had been put on grill to brown on one side. No appetizer and she didn't even remember that we had ordered Spinach Artichoke dip. After we had finished our meal we finally get offered a second cup of coffee. We'll never come back! We were totally ignored!!!! Never ever go back and definitely will tell all our friends the horrible dinner we had. Best part of meal : loaded baked potato.

We just returned from here. (10/21/17 approx 7pm)

Awful. 2 steak entrees, 1 shrimp entree and 2 kids meals. Every single one was sub-par in each component of the meal.

Steaks were not flavorful and tasted like charcoal as if the grille needed to be cleaned. For $25 and $18, we felt absolutely robbed.

Mashed potatoes that came with the steaks were horridly dried out, actually crumbling apart and clumpy. My Mother's mashed potatoes had a piece of whole unpeeled potato with THE ROOT STILL CONNECTED, IN her "mashed" potatoes as well as a whole piece of potato with a huge black spot, in them.

Mixed sauteed veg had untrimmed ends and discolored pieces throughout.

Kids burger was DRY and cold, bun tasted stale.

Kids mac was separating out but actually did not taste bad.

Fries were not good. (How this is even possible, I'm not sure).

For an $80 family dining experience, this was the worst.
Never returning.

Server was adequate, not good. My Mother left a $12 overly generous tip because she pitied the server.

Substantial quality control measures need to be put into place or revised for their food.

(The party of three older folks across from us also said their food was absolutely cold and will never return, they actually gave us their coupon for 1/2 a meal because they simply weren't coming back, ever.)

I'm always pleasantly surprised how much I end up liking it here ! The service is always great and the food's delicious, too! We were very well taken care of this morning .

my daughter and I went there on Tuesday oct. 3rd and had a really bad lunch. Our server Melissa was awesome. I ordered a steak which was $24.99 and it was like a cube steak, thin and gristly. The onion rings were very good. I also ordered jalapenos on a skewer and they were soggy even the bacon wrapped around them. We were so disappointed cause we had heard good things.
