Great customer service..didn't have vehicle in I had reserved so they comped me a full tank of gas...thank you for the above and beyond attitude :)

Rates are better than at the airport location. Friendly service.

What a great team. They were so helpful on our trip. We actually rented two cars back to back on an extended vacation. I called in advance since we had a tight turn around on the second leg of our journey ( we needed a larger vehicle for the second leg ). We got there, the car was ready, full of gas and paperwork all set. Could not have been a better experience. Thanks guys.

I have never had a bad experience with this location. The staff are all awesome. They are friendly and helpful. I love that they give me a call the day before as a reminder and to make sure there are no changes in my needs. I would recommend this location.

So very frustrated with Enterpise at this point. We rented a SUV for a college tour for students in the local area. Went to pick up the SUV on Thursday evening which is 1.25 hours away. Was told at that point we needed a major credit card. I've always rented with my debit card and have been a very great customer and even a plus member. I did have a credit card but not enough to cover cost of rental, so therefore was asked to supply 2 forms of utility bills? They said it was policy and could get fired if not supported with proper paperwork. I don't blame the staff at all they are just doing their job but would of appreciated a call to corporate especially since I'm returning customer. I was told to come back the next day with paper work or credit card. I came back the next day which is actually today with my companies credit card, which has my place of employment on it and my supervisors name. I again tried to use my own credit card first but being it was early morning my credit card payment hadn't yet reach the bank when I transferred funds last night from my bank. I then gave the Mgr my employers credit card and beings my bosses name is on it i couldn't utilize despite our company being on it as well. I asked if I could have my supervisor call and confirm over phone since he is also 1.25 hours away. Again was told to supply utility bills....ughhh never in my life with a enterprise have i felt so low. I was to pick up 5 students this morning at 8 for college tour but now have to delay trip if not cancel due to enterprise new said policy in THIS region! Really THIS region?? I just recently rented from Enterprise in California and no questions asked, great customer service and even received an upgrade for my loyalty. In so embarrassed for camp any that I even need to write this review. I work for a business that uses travel a lot and rentals a lot. I'm VERY disappointed in the company for treating loyal customers like carp or at least at this location. Please consider discussing with staff to support return business. By they way the Mgr at this particular location was nice...but really wish he could of made an exception and called corporate. We have disappointed students who are now unable to make their college tour in time to Carroll college!
