Kathy was very kind and patient. A lot of times the doctor will make you feel like your a box that's being checked but she was very patient, asked the right questions, and listened. Very positive experience.

I have always been impressed with Costcare's service. I was shocked today when, while waiting for my appointment, a woman came in needing insulin for a family member. There was a miscommunication and the insulin wasn't at the office. The woman was completely understanding and said she'll come back to pick it up on Monday. The moment the woman left the office, the two ladies at the front desk began talking nasty about her and how she was overreacting and they didn't see what the big deal was, the family member "clearly wasn't going to die without the insulin". It was extremely unprofessional.

Dr. Bridges and the entire staff at Cost Care are simply amazing. She is introduced me to the healthy eating Whole 30 which has changed my life forever!

Edit: Had a person look at my charts they got me on antibiotics due to the 103 degree fever that I had been having and I feel a ton better. May not go again but I'm glad I'm not sick anymore!

I went to this walk in clinic today, I never get sick and I have been sicker than a dog for more than a week. I have more than an hour of waiting in the waiting room only to have a 10 minute consult where they tell me nothing is wrong with me. Such bs. Never going to this place again. My insurance covers more than 80 percent of my care and they still made me pay a $40 "co-pay" for telling me nothing is wrong. Next time I'll go to an actual walk in clinic.
