Fantastic experience! I was there for a broken knee cap! The staff at Missoula Bone & Joint are wonderful! Especially kind and welcoming were Julie McLennan, Community Outreach Coordinator, and Elizabeth Sinclair, at the front check-in window. They made my visit as pleasant as possible, under the circumstances! Thanks for having such great employees!

Continuing through several decades, I value the courtesy and caring of all the staff and medical professionals that have served me and my family at Missoula Bone and Joint. I was called in within 20 minutes of my arrival for my latest appointment. Hint: Be prepared! Go to their website, download, fill out and print the forms that pertain to your visit and take them with you. I got through the check-in process very quickly that way. Dr. Gary Willstein was very thorough in reviewing my X-rays and MRI images with me, making sure that I understand my problem, the corrective surgery needed and rehab needs and expectations. He even called me at home the next week to discuss my case further. My full trust in the integrity and expertise of these providers has not wavered.

On the 10th of septeber iwas in a car wreck
I was referred to Dr LaPorte I seen him on the 19th he spent all of 32 seconds with me
Told me I have spiral fracture of fifth metacarpul bone slapped a half ass splint on said see him in 2 weeks his office would call it has been a week still no call and I had to Google spiral fracture of fifth metacarpul bone since he couldn't be bothered to explain it to me
I am seeking a new surgeon NOW

I recently had hip replacement, and everything related to my experience went like clockwork. I was walking without assistance in just four weeks and was pain free in eight. Very grateful to Dr. Willstein and staff!
