I wouldn't recommend this urgent care. The receptionist was so kind, but the nurse and doctor lacked compassion and empathy for our son. They did their job but it felt like they were bothered that we were there at all.

The staff here is wonderful and they were all very kind. I hope I never need to go to a now care again, but if I do I would come here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

I don't know how this clinic made "best urgent care in Missoula" for 3 years running as the banner in their lobby stated. They have one doctor, who can't do xrays apparently. I was told it would be about 30 minute wait. I slept there for an hour and half until I walked up to the window. At that point I was told it was going to be at least another hour. I was one of two people waiting...... I would have had time to apply for medicaid and wait to be seen at the free clinic. I ended up having to go to the emergency room, due to only having one day off of work. Took them a total of 40 minutes to get me in and out WITH an x-ray. REALLY regret wasting my time going to the now care.

Physician Minds and the engineering mindset often do not mesh well. I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Margaret Cronin, MD. Great listener, articulate and allowed me to fully collaborate in my health care.
