Been calling the Missoula office for three days trying to get my car insured for the summer. The 829-5503 phone number is perpetually busy and the general 829-5500 number goes to a voice mail and my messages have not been returned. Hmmmm. wonder if Progressive can give me comparable rates????

in the three years i been trying to let aaa know my home is a condo not a house they keep charging me as if they are selling me fire insurance as if i insuring a large house that cost 300 dollars more a year and they refuse to refund the difference the the next year they charge the price of a house instead of a condo. now i go to an insurance company that does not overcharge and listen. goodbye aaa

Recently, as you know, I contacted your office to inquire about assistance in acquiring a rental car. In all the years that I've been a AAA member, it never occurred to me to make use of your service in this regard, and after doing so, I will probably never rent a car again without doing so! It was just so easy! The young lady I spoke with was very congenial and in a matter of minutes actually had made the all arrangements for me while saving me substantial money. You just can't beat that kind of service.
