Terrible!!! I accidently and honestly forgot to cancel my ride....(after over an hour wait) and when he called to tell me he was ready I told him we had found another ride...he then said ," thanks for wasting my time , f*** you" . I dont need to be sworn at over an 8 dollar ride. Thanks though.

Awesome service. Pre booked a time and was even early, friendly driver and good pricing. Would use again!

Got a early morning ride to the airport. The driver was very nice and on time. Great service.

We hire green taxi when getting my parents to the airport. I prefer the way they charge for a trip. The prius is a nice perk. Clean and courteous drivers.

I had scheduled a 5:15 a.m. pick up on a Monday in order to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight out of Missoula Airport. I made a follow up call in order to confirm my pick up the day prior to my scheduled flight. On Monday, no one ever showed up. After waiting for 10 minutes for the taxi, I called at 5:20 a.m. and again at 5:30 a.m. No answer either time. I left messages each time. No response.
With this failure of service, the company is a sorry excuse for a business. I do not know how Green Taxi stays in business. The scheduled driver was certainly not a responsible employee. One star is way too much for this experience.
