I’ve brought my pets here my entire life, my mom has brought hers since before I was alive. Dr Hannick gives excellent care, and all of our dogs have lived longer than average, and happy lives with his help

My cat had a blockage and couldn't pee, we asked if we could bring him in immediately, knowing its fatal if male cats aren't seen asap. They let us bring him in, and checked him in, didn't tell us a general cost or time frame. We received a call later that day stating that he indeed had a urinary block and they would be holding him over night. When we got him back, they sold us food to prevent it, but no follow up. Only at the end did they give us the bill and expect payment in full. Now a month later, we need to take him back because he's blocked again, which after searching around could've been prevented if they had told us the people's procedures to keep him healthy. Needless to say, we will not be going back.

Sometimes their fees are reasonable, but sometimes you'd think you were buying a new car. Overall their staff is friendly and professional.

Tried to be a loyal client with my cat and dog but unhappy with diagnosis, treatment, and options given as well as treatment from blonde at front desk. Happy I found a new clinic elsewhere!

We have several animals that we have brought to both Dr. Hannick and Dr. Duncan. They have been extremely good to work with and professional. I would recommend their services.
