I called to make an appointment for my brother who was experiencing pain. The receptionist who answered the phone had the most horrible demeanor about herself. She was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. After hanging up and calling to another doctor’s office, I called this particular facility back to inform the manager about the employees’ customer service, she did not have time to take and I was asked to leave a message. If I was treated badly over the phone I can imagine how I would have been treated if I actually would have went in for a service. PLEASE FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
