The doctor needs his license revoked. He treated us like garbage beneath his feet from the moment he came into the examination room. He was arrogant, rude, and dismissive. He saw tattoos and white skin in a free clinic and assumed we were uneducated, junkie trash... Not even making eye contact when we were speaking. When I pointed out his arrogance and suggested he at least read my husband's chart if he wouldn't listen to us, he claimed they never received it (the wound care nurse who made the appointment for us even CALLED IT that they would say this, SHE DEFINITELY FAXED IT TWICE) and wanted US to provide his medical records and essentially do HIS JOB FOR HIM. We were treated so poorly that my husband just wanted to leave. As we were leaving I gave him a piece of my mind and told him he was a pompous, unethical, uncompassionate, judgemental asshat who needs to remember that he is PRACTICING medicine, not some god who is beyond reproach. When my husband asked for his name, (very meekly, I might add) the Doctor got nose to nose in his face... Stepping to him and backing him up while saying his name very threateningly and aggressively (I think he said Coleman Franklin, but I am not certain). My husband, who was not at all rude or aggressive, has a PICC line in one arm and a massive open incision from knuckle to shoulder with a wound vaccum in the other. He is defenseless, as he was just released from a 17 day stay in the hospital where he almost died from a flesh eating bacterial infection. It was unconsionable... I am still in shock. Please, NEVER go to this place. The doctor there is the epitome of ignorance and arrogance. If you are reading this, "Doctor", yours is coming. I hope karma shows you more compassion than you showed us.

I feel the staff is rude..my doctor wasn't there for my scheduled appt. They let me wait an hour and a half before saying anything....said they would call in my meds to the pharmacy it's been over 24 hours and they haven't yet.i callecalled to find out why not and was on hold more than 10mins and had to leave a message...waiting for a call back

Staff was rude and unprofessional but the only cacth is you can always get in and the doctors or good. I still prefer the mlk clinic

although my care is at a discount rate, i have never been made to feel inferior..they are so sweet and helpful..i left MLK to come here because the treatment is so much better...the nurses and drs really listen to what i say and act on it..i recommend this clinic to everyone..

Horrible! Do not go here! The doctors are incompetent, the nurses are rude and they don't care about anything but billing your Medicare card. Very unprofessional, the whole place is ghetto. The doctors are so slow, they scheduled my appointment at 9:30 it was at 12:00 before I finally put my foot down and walked out of the waiting room. The nurse did not like that at all, she started being rude and had a nasty attitude asking why I was leaving. I said I been waiting long enough, I got things to do, my time is important just like the doctors time. She rolled her eyes and said whatever. Keep in mind this is a doctors office. The whole time I'm in the waiting room, I can hear the nurses acting like animals! Talking about inappropriate things, talking very loud, acting very ghetto. I thought I was on a street corner. Anyway to top things off, as I'm walking out the nurse tells me to reschedule. I walk to the window and the nurse is on her cell phone talking about a party she's going to, so I stand there for like 8 mins! She just ignores me. I finally just walk out the door, I'm never going back there again. Worst place ever! I would have gave this place no stars if I could.
