I am very pleased with the response I received when I had a problem with my prescription the staff quickly fixed the problem and called me in person and assured me I would not have any more problems.
I suffer from chronic pain and any time my prescription runs out on a Saturday I try to get my refill a little ahead of time so I can refill it the same day I run out. I have ran out before in that situation because I couldn't get my prescription to have on hand and the pain was so terrible that any time this I think this is going to happen again I literally become racked with anxiety and fear, So being assured by the staff this won't happen means the world to me.

The Mitchell Cancer Institute made us feel at ease the lady vallet gave us hugs and even gave me a warm blanket when we got there. They seemed like we were truly important and cared about all of our concerns. Children and Women's hospital were top notch as well. We were given hugs and made my family feel at ease during my surgery and my 4 day stay. 100% satisfaction guaranteed!! May God bless everyone.
