Worst experience of my life. The pharmacy staff is terrible. It got so bad I went off on them and refuse to go back even though it is one block from my home. Will never set foot in there again. Older lady with grey hair and glasses/ pharmacist assistant who wears the Auburn id tag around her neck. It wasn't until about 3 years of dealing with her that I finally snapped. Also everyone around town agrees!

I only visit this location, when the neighboring Walgreens doesn't have something I need, because without a Plenti card, the prices, on some items, are a tad higher than Walgreens'.
The customer service is excellent.

One of the best pharmacies (chain) that I have found. Ms. Kay went above and beyond what most places do. I needed a prior authorization because mine had expired, she notified the doctor, got it, and submitted it; everything was good to go when I picked up. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and will continue to value their service.
