I ordered delivery. They said they called me 9 times and I hung up. And I check my call log I never received a call except for the one from them saying they couldn’t resend my order out.

I have never had a problem with customer service or delivery time.
My problem is with the pizza. It sucks. The Deep dish is flavorless Playdoh. I've given it three chances. Hand-tossed and Thin crust pizzas are edible, but completely forgettable.
You get what you pay for. Dominoes down the street is a better tasting option for the same money.

Absolute garbage location, will not eat from a Pizza Hut again. Ordered food from there last Wednesday and received an email that my delivery should arrive at 8:02, about 35 minutes after I called. The pizza did not show up until 8:45, about 80 minutes after I called. One hour and twenty minutes for a Wednesday delivery where I live incredibly close to the location. The driver "couldn't find the house" and when he called I couldn't understand him because he was unintelligibly mumbling "cant find yo house, where you live" (porch light on, house number clearly on display).
When we actually dug in, the pizza was lukewarm on the surface and the sauce itself was cold and tasted awful. Half of the pizza wasn't cut through. The cheese sticks weren't cut at all, so we just had a block of cheese bread. These were also cold. The wings we ordered were completely different than what we received.
Seriously, if you're considering ordering from this location: DON'T. There are far better pizza joints on Government St. Papa Johns, Dominos and even Hungry Howies have significantly better food/service than Pizza Hut. I won't go so far as to say Little Caesars is better, but the service and quality is about the same (IE awful).
