Amazing food. Amazing people. All around great atmosphere. My little sister loved it. And we WILL be back!

The Ambience of the Room was Awesome with the Lighter Colored Wood Tones and The Large Cabana Fans Gave the Venue that Margarita Jimmy Buffett Flavor. However, the Food was more of a Cajun Seasoning, (which I like a lot), and the Fish, ( I had a Red Snapper and a Cup of Gumbo), was Mouth Watering and Chris the Waiter was very Humorous, Personable and Attentive. The Red Snapper was Blackened and it Tasted Very Savory. The Gumbo was a Dark Rue and had more of a Black Pepper Taste than a Cayenne Pepper. My Wife had a Whitefish it it was also Seasoned Well and had a Yummy Buttery Flavor. This could Easily be my Favorite Seafood Restaurant in Mobile, if they had an Elevator Instead of the Long Ramps, ( which means that it would be harder for people with walkers or canes or wheelchairs ). I want to go back and try the Crawfish Tails and the Cajun Seasoned Oysters.

Just had lunch at R and R Seafood. Food was fantastic. The only thing better than the food was the excellent service by Hannah R. Great job Hannah. She was attentive and kept my tea full. Best food and service I've had in a long time and I eat out quite often. I had the Shrimp Po boy and Gumbo, defiantly worth having again. Great job Hannah.

Huge disappointment! We drove for 45 minutes which was fine. We waited 45 minutes which was fine. No menus, someone from our party went and got them. No silverware. The food took 45 minutes. When it came, our appetizer was missing and my entree was completely missing from the order and one of the sides was missing from another. Three of the 4 entrees were room temperature, including mine that had been missing. The manager was disinclined to believe the food was not hot and quickly let us know she watches the window and no food had been sitting there not being served. I gave her one of my fried crawfish tails so she could feel it herself. Another one of our party asked if they would put her food in the microwave. The manager took her plate. When she came back she told us she had talked to the kitchen manager about it. They did offer to prepare new food or give us a free dessert. We declined because we had a forty-five minute drive home with 2 children in our party. The overall experience with the server and the attitude of the manager left me wanting. It was not worth our time or money and we will not return.

Had a great server and food was good. However, when we walked in we see a sign saying $3.19 on orders over 10lbs, so we think cool good deal. Come to find out it's on take-out only and it's really about $5 a lb for dine in. So a little confusion on the check, cool I get it, ask the manager about it he comes at the desk points at our table (maybe having a bad night?) Doesn't address the confusing sign. I've ate here for years with family and friends, and would leave 5 stars, but not tonight.
