Really good shrimp. Great service. Ate too much shrimp so has to pass on some really good sounding desserts.

Building is great on the waterfront. The fried seafood offered on the lunch menu was excellent. Portion was filling. My only complaint was the onion rings. We were not expecting the huge cut of them which made them tougher to bite. Cutting them with silverware wasn't easy either, it pulled crust off. They were too large for our taste & preference.

Went first across the street and was chased from there by the bad welcoming. In contrast, great service and good food at this place. Had the snapper with Cajun rice. Very fresh. Everyone enjoyed their food and kids were well taken care bybour hostess.

Unexpectedly Fantastic! We had initially traveled from Navarre to the place across the street for my birthday dinner. The wait was over an hour and 45 minutes - 15 min longer than it took for us get there. The place across the street directed us to a sister restaurant down the road. On a whim we decided to go to Ralph & Kacoo's. Best Decision All Day. First off, we were seated right away. Our server, Brady, was Phenomenal. The food - apps to dessert - was to die for. We all left full and happy, including the picky 15 and 13 yr old girls. Completely worth the drive, we will be back! If you haven't tried them yet, you are missing out!!

I recently went to Ralph and Kacoo’s for a birthday party with some church friends. There was some problems with the dinner that all, including the waiter, could easily see without question. I called the following day and asked the manager to make it right (something I'd never done before). After consulting with the waiter the manager called me back and gave me a full refund. I’d like to thank Ralph and Kacoo’s, Leslie Sisson especially, for continuing the service that has made this restaurant the one where excellence is still in full force. Thank you and see you again soon.
