They get five stars because the food I ordered was fresh, fresh, fresh and the young lady in the drive thru was a delight!!!!

I ordered my burger dine in & sat down & opened it up to realize the forgot my tomato. Me & my friend who was also missing her tomato returned to the counter to get one & told the girl who then told the idiot making the burgers & she came to us & we told her she could just give us the tomato to put on our burgers & she had this blank stare & another customer came in from the drive through with a messed up order & the idiot makes her a new burger with us standing there waiting. So I again ask the cashier if she could get me a tomato & she goes to the idiot & asked for them & she say I think we're out let me check, she looks around & says yep were out. Won't be back & to think these idiots believe they're worth $15 an hour. That woman isn't worth minimum wage!

They don't care, seems like the food service industry here in Mobile Alabama doesn't care about good customer service, or the quality of food, or products they serve you, it's buyer beware here. Don't pull off until you check your order. Drive thru waits are ridiculous.

Food is always good but employees literally don't say anything at the window. It's always awkward. They need new employment
