Disappointed in the professional service offered by this clinic. I can't speak to the quality of medical care because I was denied care at the desk for not having an appointment. The website advertises same day accommodations, but instead I was told it would be best if I visited one of the area's emergency vets as they already had a full schedule. I wasn't even offered an appointment on another date. I work at a medical clinic and we primarily deal with NON-emergent situations, yet we always strive to work patients in. It's shameful this staff can look at a dog needing care and then turn them away. I understand that it gets busy and it can be difficult to see everyone, but the company should work to revise their policies in regards to walk-ins and same day appointments if the clinic is not going to help patients find a compromise.

Some of the front desk staff and the techs leave alot to be desired. But the veteran was great. She even pulled up old records and explained stuff to me that the Spanish fort office neglected to do.

The girls on the front counter are very rude. They did not even acknowledge our presence. We were going to ask if we could bring our dog in. I did not even ask after being ignored for over a minute. I'll take my dog and my money somewhere else.

They were sweet to my kitten and to me as well. I really love the staff here and they offered me so many reasonable ways to pay for my kittens fractured leg since I'm a college kid and I appreciated that SO much!!
