Very comfortable seats, clean place, parking is validated, close to parking, very large theatre has a large selection of movies and time shows.

This place is falling apart! When it opened, it was a bright shinning example of what a theater can be, but now it's a run down husk of it's former self.
That being said, they have added a few things over the years that are nice touches, like make your own nachos and alcohol. Recently they put in big reclining chairs and surprisingly, they are completely destroyed already.
Unfortunately, they haven't invested in much else. The regular seats are breaking down and some are missing the arm rest all together. The floors are sticky, and the coverings on the stairs are breaking apart and becoming a tripping hazard. (I have actually tripped on the stairs a few times.) They did replace the posters with nice monitors, but the marquee above the doors to each screen never display the movie played inside. Also, the snack bars down the hallways are never open.
And on a personal note... either update your times to Fandango or drop Fandango altogether! I'm a huge user of Fandango because I have to plan ahead. I have a weekly date night and I need to know what times I'll be out. However, for some reason, this theater only publishes their time for the next week on Sunday night or Monday morning, OR they publish the next week and leave off Tuesday and Thursday thru Saturday. Why on earth would you be so sloppy with publishing your times? Don't you want us to buy tickets to your theater?

Cheapest ticket around with a parking garage right across the street, which is pretty much free after you validate it in the theatres, along with a nice location.

The theater now has the reclining chairs. Which is awesome. But their concession stand wait is horrible. Really need to address the wait time. My hubby waited 15 minutes to get a soda!
