Absolutely horrible customer service. Very unprofessional office staff. Way too much goofing around and horseplay. If you're a parent, waiting, they won't even let you use the bathroom; even if you're waiting because the staff have to finish talking about the "hot guy" who they went on a date with last night. Everytime at this place there's an issue they need to fix. If it weren't for the contract keeping us here, we would have changed dentists/orthodontists long ago.

This is my second visit for cleaning at this location. My appointment was at 10:30, I arrived at 10:15 signed in and sat down to wait. At no time was I told that they were running behind. At 11am i went to the desk to ask how much longer (I had somewhere I needs to be at 11:45). That was when I was told they were running behind, more than 40minutes after my arrival. I had to reschedule for another day and I have a very busy schedule that I already had to rework to make my appointment.

The staff is friendly and the offices are clean. The orthodontist is knowledgeable and my daughter is receiving excellent care. I have no complaints.

I had a great experience going to Bright Now Dental in Modesto. As soon as I walked in I was attended and had no wait time. The doctor was pleasant and the assistants also. They answered all questions I had on my treatment needed. Office looked clean and organized. I will be recommending this office to my friends and family.
