Most clinics arent so helpful or nice. But, this was way beyond helpful and nice. Even the dr. He spent time with me and made sure i was comfortable. I do recomend this clinic. One of the best. And very little wait time.

I want to get cold meds. And I was there for over 4 hours and the Dr said things that was not cool to say to anyone. I will not very good back there

This is a terrible place to go! The doctor does not deserve to be called doctor. He does not treat patients with respect nor does he have any manners. I took to my mom and my little brother there because we thought my little brother could be intoxicated. He drank water at school from a drinking fossit and when he noticed he was drinking water that looked like milk. He immediately spit out as much as he could. That day latter he started feeling sick and vomiting that went on for days. so today my mom had me give them a ride there and also to help with translation. They kicked me out of the room because they said the Dr spoke spanish. One hour later they are finally out and my mom is pissed because he did not speak spanish at all. He was rude and when my little brother told him what happened with the water, he told him he was lying that he probably ate junk food. He told him to drink more water gave him a pill in the room without letting my mom know what it was or explaining anything to her. Then made my little brother feel stupid telling him to never drink water from modesto. He did nit diagnose anything but sent him on his way with an antibiotic prescription. Never go to this place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

I'm only giving 3 stars because the doctor was great at diagnosing my son and very friendly and patient. But the girls at the front desk have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They are rude, impatient and very, very unprofessional. If I can go somewhere else next time I will. Awful front desk experience!!

So Awesome, I used the online check -in, waited ten minutes in lobby , was brought back, nurses so wonderful, Dr. So smart. I'm so thankful they work 7 days a week, what a gem and blessing to have them in town. Highly recommend this urgent care facility! ! Thank you so much for your service.
