I 100% completely agree with the other reviewer Lori Martinez. This physician's ego gets in his way of offering compassionate care. He is more concerned with being worshipped as a doctor than his patients needs. I went into the clinic and seen Dr John Fichtner on Thursday, which he was absolutely one of the best doctor's I've ever seen. He took care of me and told me to come back Saturday morning to get the wound checked and repacked. When I got to the clinic at 7am Ruosi wasn't even there. He rolled in casually at 7:30am laughing and talking about his birthday the night before. He came into my exam room and barely said hello to me but rather demanded to know why I was there. Yes demanded not asked. He proceeded to rip out the packing from my wound with no warning or anesthesia whatsoever! I was screaming at the top of my lungs from the pain he caused me. Now mind you I am a doctor, I am a chiropractor and i have studied anatomy as well as bed side manners. This doctor needs to get a refresher course on both! When I asked him what he was doing he became angry and defensive and told me angrily "I am the doctor not you". He proceeded to attack me personally as a chiropractor at which point I told him "I am asking you respectfully to finish what you are doing so that I may go home". He continued to mumble and his voice trembled with anger. This man should not be practicing medicine! And should not be at a reputable center such as Sutter. I will be filing complaints with both Sutter and the Medical Board. After leaving the visit with him I was in excruciating pain for more than 24 hours!

My father, who has COPD, went to the Urgent Care with bronchitis. He knew this because with his COPD he gets this often. He saw Ruosi. Ruosi told him that he was fine, just a cold, and to go home. My father questioned this and Ruosi told him that "he was the doctor" not my father.
One week later my father was hospitalized for double pneumonia. He was in the hospital a week; and, 10 months later has still not fully recovered.
A doctor that has an ego large enough that he has to point out he is the doctor instead of listening to his patient, really should not be practicing.
My father has been back to Urgent Care many times since then. Each time he makes it clear that he will not see Ruosi. Period.
