Betty Avila at this is AWESOME, PATIENT & VERY UNDERSTANDING. She has helped me on Many Occassions. So if you ever visit this Office it's Worth waiting for her.

Thank you Sara Suarez for everything you did to help me! She went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get insurance. I got referred to her by my friend and i will continue to send people her way. Best customer service and an agent that really knows all the ins and outs about insurance. Thank you sara!

Now before you read this they will of course respond to defend themselves like any company with bad PR will do and cover themselves.
Cost-U-Less Insurance is a decent place, and it has some good employees who actually want to help you. But if you're lucky enough to get someone who doesn't you will end up with my situation.
There's a huge Brooker fee, if you get the owner yourself he prides himself for the $300-$500 dollars he charges you for taking his time, and that's excluding the actual down payment and monthly fees.
When you're already too deep, you'll realize there's no way out, they have your money, you cannot refund or get helped with your bills, they tell you "Sorry, gender, we cannot help.", and eventually hang up on you when you keep trying to snoop and find answers or help.
The employees know all the helpful things they can offer you, but they avoid saying it unless you have a nice one, and even when you get the helpful information they don't tell you that you have to keep asking for it every time you talk or go in like you have to remind a child. Once you forget to ask for it you will see your money from your account dissapear and them answering your calls after your money is theirs.
Everything they're saying you can do in voice is a complete lie, they will not hold up to anything they say in voice, so if you go anything you talk about get that on paper or they will deny it all to prevent you from getting help.
They are very good at getting out of situations, they will probably deny what I said below or in person if you asked. If you read this all and are a customer or potential customer feel free to try to contact me and I'll explain any questions you have to avoid being taking advantage of and possibly have a better experience than me.
