Extremely poor customer service. Very rude and poorly trained office staff. Don't ever count on this office to act with urgency as they are unprofessional and indifferent towards the patient. I haven't been able to schedule an appointment with my PCP for the past 6 months, and they refuse to schedule appointments still. Only way to be seen by PCP is by lottery with a 7 am same-day call-in. Everything at this place moves slow; from prescription refills to lab results. Good luck getting through on the phone, as their system is constantly plagued with malfunction and they simply stop answering calls after 4 pm. Every time I'm in the office, waiting or exam rooms, I am always taken back at the amount of horseplay, loud inappropriate conversations, and overall unprofessional behavior. The doctors are okay, but the support staff needs training or replacing! GVHC is in need of new management Stat!

In my experience, the staff is SUPER nice and so are the doctors! The one this I do hate, which isn't their fault, is the phone system! They have a general call number for all the facilities and the staff there suck! I called 45 min before closing time to see if I could change an appointment time and I was on hold until they closed. Nobody took my call! That's 45 minutes on hold, listening to horrible music and an automated message saying someone will be right with me.

Horrible. Staff does not care they take foerever to help u, expecially with calls, its dirty, dirty people and rude staff, and drs, except for like 1. 1 qualify for medi-cal but i would much rather pay 200 dollars a month insurance through my work for kaiser

Thought today was going to be a good visit they called me in fast and got me into a room and all but then left me in here naked in a cold room for a hour and half not have seen doctor yet

Had an appointment this morning at 1020. I live 10 minutes away so i was leaving at at 10. The receptionist calls me at 10 to tell me not to leave because i haven't checked in so i won't be able to be seen. I told her i am leaving and will be there in ten minutes. She then put me on hold for 10 minutes to ask the doctor if she would put up with that. She got back on the phone and told me she'll let it slide. I double checked the address-she said 1040. So im running around looking for the building.

I finally find the right building and go to check in she just shakes her head and says i cant.

I would have been on time if they had competent workers . and i have never met a doctor so rude as to have their employee call 20 minutes before the appointment to tell someone they probably cant be seen.
