This Carl's has an award winning team!! They are prompt and polite! The place was clean. And unlike some Carl's Jr. I've been too, their food was actually made to order! Hot and fresh! As always it was Delicious!

The manger took our order in which she received our cash. My boyfriend was grabbing his drink and I think she assumed I wasn't looking I saw her go into the kitchen slightly and grabbed the Chicken paddy with her hands that were not clean! I don't know why because their was someone in the kitchen cooking and making the orders. She had no reason to touch our food and later I saw her go under her shirt to scratch and rub her stomach! Very unprofessional for manager disgusting!

As I am asking for my receipt for the secone time. I realize it's a manager having an issue giving it to me. REALLY? My $$ and I want to know what was charged to my card. Sketchy at best. All she could say was bye! Won't be back. If you can't hand me a receipt for my charges. Leave me begging for one. And act like I am the inconvenience. Also don't appreciate them walking away from the window with my card. Will be watching my bank statement to make sure she doesn't have a card reader back there.

I used to not like coming here because the girls that would work the drive thru only spoke Spanish their English was not good enough to understand what you were asking for order understand what they were asking of you and you would have to repeat yourself quite a few times but in the last 8 months I believe they've changed their staff and now they have people who can actually understand you or have a better knowledge of the language I speak fluent Spanish but if you're going to put someone in a Drive-Thru they've got to be able to communicate a lot better than those girls used to but I do have to say really good warm food good customer
