John's Incredible Pizza Company

I've been coming to this John's Incredible Pizza since I, myself was a child. My boys have spent a few birthdays here as I have always felt it was a step up from Chuck E. Cheese. Not anymore. None of the food bars are kept stocked. The last few times there weren't even cones. That should be one of the easiest items to keep filled. The few pizzas that are out look old and unappetizing probably because of lack of customers due to the shape this restaurant has been kept in. The games are enjoyable when they are kept working which quite a few weren't. Mini golf is falling apart and unplayable. If the food was good I could overlook the games, if the games were good I could overlook the food unfortunately there is no appeal to come here any longer.

I took my kids to this place last week and I am not planning to come back ever again. Everything is so dirty... the tables, the counters where the place the food, the plates the forks, etc ...The floors are also so sticky. For the price that they charge they should hire more people to keep the place clean. I had to grab a slice of pizza with a napkin because the plates had dirty spots. The restroom 's floor looks like nobody has mopped it in years.

This place needs to improve on everything. Food is disgusting half of the bars where empty. No dessert. All the tables where dirty. I will never bring my family to this place ever again. Rate -100!!!!!

I gave John's 3 stars because my family had fun and the games are good. The food however is not quality. The buffet wasn't stocked. We had to ask for specific items. The pizza seemed soggy, pasta sauce had dried on the sides and a lot of food seemed like it was sitting under a heat lamp forever. The salad bar was okay and so was the baked potatoes. The cost for the buffet is expensive, especially for a family of six. We will return but not for the food! It's a great concept of having a buffet but there is a lot of work needed to be worth the cost.

Prices are a little too high for the buffet that wasn't full. Certain items were dry and stale. Dessert tasted 2 days old. The cashier up front was not kid friendly. She Did not greet with a smile but somewhat helpful and was able to grant military discount. Understaffed, and restroom needed attention. Manager did come around to check on our party. It was ok.
