Love this place. Been coming here sense 1994. Came here for one of my best friend's birthday party. Had the best time. The bartender was so nice and would go out of her way to take care of you.

Great atmosphere, decent food with awesome portions, amazing bar. It is very dark, so let your eyes adjust as you enter the lobby.

Great low key bar with a nice patio and friendly patrons. The bar tenders are always welcoming and friendly. A classic Modesto locale. An easy place to relax and unwind.

This place has been a major part of our family for years. I met my husband here and we brought our children here as they grew up. All the children are now grown and out of the house and this is still one of their favorite places. The food is the best in the area. We are treated as family everytime we go.

This place is an old Modesto icon. Walking inside is like walking back in time. The decor, the smell, the food, everything is like it's been frozen in time from thirty or forty years ago. The food is great! The sizzling rice soup is a treat! Back to the decor, the walls are covered in all manner of strange artwork and bits and other eclectic oddities, no doubt collected over the last 50 years or so. The more you look around, the more you see.
