(BEWARE, they charge 50 cents per credit card transaction without telling you in advance) I hadn't been here for quite some time because I remembered the Greek Salad to be mediocre as well as their Big Burger. It's been a few years and so I though I would try it again. First, I asked if they take credit/debit cards. The female order taker joked about taking everything but checks. That when she might have mentioned that there would be an 50 cent charge for using it. I probably would have then decided to use cash.
Then, when I asked about one of their Mediterranean salads that looked a lot like tabouli , she insisted that the Greek Salad would be much more filling and overall better. I thought I would give it another shot. Feta cheese added to a salad does not make it Greek. It was not filling so I ordered their Filly Cheese Sandwich with Fries. My first two bites had no meat. I won't be ordering that again. The fries were excellent but I didn't see where I could order them separate. I am a Greek American and know what Mediterranean food is like. This place is not and should not bill itself as such. It is a very good impostor and serves up fresh food but the order taker should stick to taking orders unless she wants to pay for the food.

The food is delicious and the staff were very friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Now under a new name, "George's Gyros" offers an affordable and delicious menu. The combination plate had a mix of various offerings and was a memorable lunch.
