We were gifted a couples massage for our anniversary on Groupon. Made an appointment over the phone. When we arrived we checked in and filled out paperwork. Waited a few minutes then got called back to the massage room.

The massage was perfect! Just what we were wanting/needed.

After the massage when we walked out of the room they greeted us with a cold bottle of water.

I bought a Groupon deal for Botox. I have had Botox for years and I know how much I need and what results I’ll get.
They had me purchase another 8units on top of the 20 through Groupon. At this point you can NOT tell I even had any Botox injections at all. NO RESULTS!
I’m very very upset. I’ve never had a bad experience with Botox until now. So this was a complete waste of money and time. Might as well have injected water in my face.
Now I suppose I see why they had a Groupon special. I usually go to a doctor to have mine done. I was really hoping the results would be good. I have a lot of woman who were waiting to see the results so they would try this company. Very unhappy!!!
I guess I’m not the only one with bad Botox here. Just read another review that said same thing.
Sad part is they offer NO remedy or resolution. Not great for business.
Not even a return call from the office manager!

I got a spray tan for the first time in my life and I absolutely love it and the staff was wonderful and made me so comfortable I will go again and again the color is amazing!

Went in for a Manicure and Pedicure. Danielle did a great job. She was so friendly and answered all my questions about their products.

They offer specials and discounts all the time. My issue is my first contact with them, can't quite recall method of first contact, they offered me two vitamin shots for a set price. I asked if my kid could take the second one. They said yes but that they would need to do something I can't recall (such as setting up an account for her). She did not want to go but my husband did. So a month later I called to schedule his shot based on the two I paid and used one of. A male who claimed to be the owner answered and refused to schedule an appointment for my husband to use the remaining vitamin shot I paid for. He wanted to know who told me that, but did not honor it. I totally get his point of view if they have a four shot package on sale, they can't divide it between four people. In fact, they had several purchases that were much cheaper than my original purchase.....I did 2 shots for $50 and prepaid compared to 2 shots for $40 or 4 shots for $80 that were what the gentlemen was referring to.

Frankly I could care less what their policy is and I understand his concern. My issue is that I was a prepaid customer, I was requesting service as I believed it was supposed to be, I got caught in the middle of a workplace issue, and the information I had was not honored. Since I paid $50 for two shots and received 1, my outstanding value was $25. I was not asking for anything free, but the ability to use the $25 value I had. I cannot see any harm in letting my husband have the shot and making it clear that this is against policy. But they won, my husband did not get a shot. I used it. Nothing like finding out you paid $25 for injection and finding out they are now $20 an injection.

So, with knowledge of my personal situation, let me review:
They are focused on selling you items and prefer to sell prepaid services. This is a dangerous way for a consumer to save money. I have bought many prepaid services in my life and fully expect that the business will be gone when I try to redeem. The prices fluctuate. A LOT. TEST for yourself. Call and ask the price today and try again tomorrow.

There is nothing warm, comforting, and inviting. Everything is white. The nurse room is a separate room. It is not a relaxing environment. The expensive cars with bay area plate frames parked by the door do not make me feel welcome. In fact, it reminds me what my money is going to support.
