The Vet Doctor himself is amazing, however one of their staff members needs a quick lesson in tact and how to deal with people when they have lost a pet/family member....being told that ur pet isn't going anywhere after he has been put down that you would be called when his remains come in is an absolute insensitive remark!!!

We had to put our old man down. He was 12. They where very compationit. It was very quick for him. Thank u all. RIP bonkers. Love u.

It's best to not even consider coming here. You get what you pay for, and if what you want is a dead beloved pet then head right for this place. Very manipulative and will make you feel like you don't know your own pet.

WOW DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! This clinic is so far beyond disappointing. Scheduled a spay, chip & rabies vaccine for our dog and per the clinic front desk rep the charges would be around the $200 mark for everything, we understood if there would be some upcharges for take home collar and possible meds so we planned accordingly and budgeted for it. My husband dropped our dog in the a.m. and after pick up the total charge came to $550 and come to find out after inquiring about the microchip# for her license they did not even chip her. The woman at the front desk only knows these words "I don't know what to tell you." I am not one to write reviews but I made an exception for this place. I would give it zero stars if I could!

The Dr was honest, and extremely kind. I was a little leary upon entering due to the area, but once inside everyone was so supportive during our very difficult visit that day ❤ Thank you all again.
