This spot has a great atmosphere for hanging out with friends. Can’t comment on the food. My biggest complaint was how weak the cocktails were for the price. I got a Long Island iced tea that tasted like sweet and sour and my buddy got a rum and coke and tasted like coke. Little alcohol for a $10 cocktail. When asking bartender that it was weak, he said ‘well that’s how good it is you can’t taste alcohol’...hmm don’t believe it. Gave a star for atmosphere...I guess beer and wine is your best bet here...at least you know what you’re getting

Love this place, great beer and drinks, also a cool atmosphere with karaoke on Thursday nights and dancing on Friday nights.

I nice British pub locate in downtown Monterey. I like to go on Tuesday, when the farmer market is in town. Which make the place more lively.

Dimly lit upon walking in off the street, but it's a pub. That's the theme here, a British Pub. Sitting up at the bar I was welcomed into conversation from complete random patrons with the bartender working diligently and expeditiously. The fish and chips were killer, just be careful when ordering the double because YOU WILL BE FULL! I'm a guy who can eat and I struggled. Get the pub ale on tap, goes perfect with dinner and make sure to get plenty of malt vinegar for the fish and chips, no ketchup, gotta keep it authentic! Would absolutely bring my friends and family here for that meal alone. Well done chaps!

Good food and atmosphere. The food is of good quality, fresh, and flavorful. If you are looking for a lunch meal this is a solid choice. On the weekend evenings it can get a little crowded with college and young military personnel.
