Ive been a patient for 2yrs now and am very pleased with them.Dr Khieu has a great bed side manner and listens to you and your problems.The staff is terrific smiles,qwik, and efficient if he went into a private practice i would follow him ty all

Salinas OBGYN office on Katherine has the WORST office staff I have ever dealt with! Totally incompetent. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get information on varies things. Dr. Larson ordered a ultra sound for a potentially serious condition and my ins. required a prior auth. (Military) the staff has been unwilling to even attempt to get me this authorization! When calling the extension for "Same day appointments and urgent medical concerns" they didn't answer after more than 12 minutes on hold! Then the recording says we have attempted to complete your call all representatives remain busy please call back later! Called a second time same day same thing happened but this time it went thru to a voice mail box that was full! In the mean time it has been 3 weeks that I need help. I have been unable to get any from this awful place. I would tell anyone and everyone NOT to go there unless you want to gamble with your health!

Worst PCP office I've been to. The providers Annette Su and Yvenette are awesomei if you can handle the reception clerks who sit around and gossip while you can hear them from the offices you wait in. They are very incompetent, slow, and unprofessional. At least Juan is the worst.
